Laffit Cortes

Pastor Laffit Cortes is a passionate leader that eagerly spreads God’s love. He was born and raised in the Bronx and accepted his call to become a minister at the age of 27, after a career in tech. He pastored his first two churches in New York City and then served as the New Jersey Conference Youth Director for eight years before he became the Campus Chaplain of Pacific Union College. He spent several years as Lead Pastor of Miami Temple before returning to the West Coast to serve the Escondido community.  He is married to his sweetheart, Lynda, and they share two beautiful children.
